Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Kobori Matcha is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, delivery times vary by destination.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Kobori Matcha is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Kobori Matcha is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, you may reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@koborimatcha.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Changes & Cancellations

We are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been processed or shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
