Kobori’s Return Policy:

We can only process returns for items in new, unopened condition with original packaging intact and show no signs of use.

If you intend to return an item, please send an email to help@koborimatcha.com and we will be sure to promptly assist you in returning your item. 

Please ensure your return package is shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label. We cannot guarantee acceptance of packages sent beyond this timeframe. 

Additionally, returns may only be made for purchases made within the past 30 days.

While we partner with reliable carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS), Kobori is not responsible for packages that become lost during transit. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion, processed back to your original payment method in a timely manner.
